Advanced Training Program
Our safety managers go through our extensive SEC Certified program to ensure they are vetted and trained to apply their skills and experience in school environments. The extensive program utilizes a holistic approach to cover:
- Non-violent crisis intervention training with advanced physical skills through Crisis Prevention Institute
- Critical incident response training
- Behavioral threat assessment training
- Tabletop training
- School 101 training

CPI Blue-Card Certified
Our safety managers are blue-card certified by the Crisis Prevention Institute, the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training and dementia care services. Our SEC trainers are licensed and certified through CPI to carry out trainings using its proven model.
In-School Training
Our safety managers are trained in your district emergency plans. We facilitate the running and monitoring of emergency drills and provide after-action reviews of incidents. We also can provide additional training to your staff to ensure you are prepared for any emergency, including:
